Join this fun and interactive workshop intensive on Muay Thai Kickboxing. You'll learn practical and time-tested Thai boxing techniques, utilizing the "8 limbs" -- hands, elbows, knees, and legs. We'll work with partners and light spar to discover what's working and not working in our kickboxing techniques, and what to be thinking and looking for in fighting scnearios.

ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR
Coach Jeremy Pollack has been a martial arts instructor and practitioner for more than 25 years. He is Black Belt in Freestyle Hapkido, a Muay Thai Kickboxing Instructor, and retains Blue Belts in Wing Chun, Shaolin Kung Fu, Kenpo, Ninjitustu, and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.
