If you don't know how to use a stick effectively, it may be more dangerous to pick one up and use it for self-defense than not to. You MUST learn to effectively use the weapons you carry. This includes learning general weapons defense philosophy, and the legal aspects of using a weapon.
Join this fun and interactive workshop intensive on stick fighting, and empty-hand defense against stick. You'll learn practical and research-based techniques for using a stick in self-defense, as well as defending against a stick. We'll role play and spar to discover what's working and not working in our defense techniques, and what to be thinking and looking for in life threatening attack scenarios.
