Conflict Coaching

My conflict coaching programs are custom tailored to each individual and designed to help mitigate and manage interpersonal conflict. Created for employees, executives, and business owners, my live, online video coaching programs are delivered through one-on-one and group coaching. With a general focus on personal and professional development, my coaching programs regularly concentrate on conflict management and communication skills that help reduce stress and foster healthier relationships at work and at home. 


The Transformational Leader’s Program


Nurturing a productive sense of peace in your organization can reduce instances of stress-inducing conflict. Through my conflict coaching program, my clients enrich their communication skills as well as their abilities to respond effectively to conflict and any organizational tension that can arise from it. Executives address acute challenges in leader communication so they can modify behavior, cultivate a leadership style that is conflict-informed, and learn pragmatic techniques for handling conflict in the workplace.


Online Conflict Coaching


Each of my coaching programs begin with an assessment of challenges experienced by a specific individual and by his or her organization. A personalized program is then created around behavior changes and skills enhancement unique to your set of circumstances. Weekly one-on-one coaching sessions then follow, which include weekly action items and measures of accountability.


Conflict in the workplace tends to impede productivity, damage morale, and contribute to an overall company culture that can feel demotivating or unsafe. Expert-level coaching to address conflict in the workplace can restore a sense of balance, leading to positive shifts in those areas.
