Keeping this in mind, customer de-escalation training focuses on ways to diffuse tension in order to increase customer satisfaction and avoid costly customer service rep turnover.
Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Training
Diversity, Equity, Inclusion Training is meant to reduce culturally-based discrimination, address harassment effectively, and cultivate a company culture that allows everyone to feel safe, regardless of their background. Recognizing the immense negative toll discrimination and harassment can have on a company, this training aims to identify how leaders and coworkers may address these issues more effectively and mindfully.
